43 and 18 storeys on a key site at Cheetham Hill in Manchester\u2019s planned \u00a34bn Victoria North regeneration.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"450\" data-end=\"606\">The 50\u201354 Red Bank scheme will deliver 509 flats, with shared amenities, landscaped outdoor areas and sweeping city views.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"861\">At street level, the plans include commercial units to complement the thriving Red Bank arches and more than 2,000 sq m of public space linking to the historic viaduct.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"861\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2025-09-08-at-15.06.31.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-501236\" src=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2025-09-08-at-15.06.31.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1812\" height=\"998\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"1026\">Two planning applications will be submitted once public consultation is finished, one for the towers and surrounding public realm, and another to progress wider access improvements to the viaduct.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"1026\">\n<div class=\"ad-mpu ad-mpu-inline\">\n<div class=\"sleeve\"><a data-ad-id=\"478038\" href=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/themes\/constructionenquirer\/adclick.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.creaghconcrete.co.uk%2F%3Futm_source%3Dconstruction-enquirer%26utm_medium%3Dbanner%26utm_campaign%3Dconstructionenq-ads\" data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1098\">Current occupier GRUB will relocate to make way for the development.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1289\">A spokesperson for the project team said: \u201cThese proposals bring forward much-needed homes, alongside new public space and active ground floor uses that will add to the life of the area.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1289\">&#8220;Red Bank is fast becoming a creative and vibrant part of Manchester, and our vision is to build on this character to create a distinctive new neighbourhood.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p
