The Guinness Partnership has selected 25 firms from over 88 bidders to deliver a major new \u00a3250m buildings remediation framework designed to tackle fire safety and structural issues across its housing stock.<\/p>\n

Among the winners are Axis Europe, Durkan, Higgins, Mulalley, Fortem Solutions and Stanmore Contractors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The four-year deal will support both planned and reactive projects, ranging from unsafe cladding replacement and fire door upgrades to fa\u00e7ade repairs, balcony refurbishments and structural strengthening.<\/p>\n

Guinness stressed the framework was structured to give opportunities for tier 1 players, regional contractors and specialists.<\/p>\n

The framework will run from 13 October to October 2029.<\/p>\n
