Procurement group South East Consortium has picked 10 firms for its new \u00a31bn Decarbonisation Partnerships Framework.<\/p>\n

Big-name operators including Wates, Fortem, Equans, and Morgan Sindall Property Services are joined by a strong mix of regional and SME specialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The four-year deal will offer housing providers and public sector clients across London and the South East fast-track delivery of major retrofit and energy-efficiency programmes.<\/p>\n

The framework covers all aspects of decarbonisation from heating and insulation upgrades to renewables and energy-management systems.<\/p>\n

A total of 29 bids were received, with 15 coming from SMEs.<\/p>\n
