McAleer & Rushe has been appointed as principal contractor by Wellcome Trust to deliver a \u00a352m office redevelopment at 80 Pelham Street in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, West London.<\/p>\n

Work will transform a previously under-utilised site into a high-quality five-storey office building, totalling approximately 114,000 sq ft.<\/p>\n

Enabling works are underway, with McAleer & Rushe delivering the main contract through to completion in October 2027.<\/p>\n
