Multiplex has been appointed under a pre-construction services agreement for The Dovetail Building at One Cutler Street in the City of London.<\/p>\n

The 23-storey office tower has been designed by architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM) for developer Brockton Everlast.<\/p>\n

The scheme obtained a recent planning amendment which reduced further the total emissions and embodied carbon, increased the public realm and shortened the construction programme by significantly simplifying and reducing the sub-structural works.<\/p>\n

Deconstruct UK is already on site for the next phase of delivery, with the\u00a0demolition works complete and piling beginning next month.<\/p>\n

Multiplex has been\u00a0selected under a PCSA, with the redevelopment\u00a0scheduled to be completed to a Cat A finish in Q2 2029.<\/p>\n

The scheme will provide 450,000 sq ft of office space with unprecedented 3.2m net ceiling heights.<\/p>\n
