St Thomas\u2019 Foundation is designed by Allies and Morrison and DSDHA.<\/p>\n<p>The strip site will comprises three new buildings containing 245,000 sq ft of specialist labs facilities as well as community, including exhibition and training facilities.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ad-mpu ad-mpu-inline\">\n<div class=\"sleeve\"><a data-ad-id=\"488804\" href=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/themes\/constructionenquirer\/adclick.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.creaghconcrete.com%2Fproducts%2Fspantherm%2F%3Futm_source%3Dconstruction-enquirer%26utm_medium%3Dbanner%26utm_campaign%3Dconstructionenq-ads\" target=\"_blank\" onclick=\"track_ad_click(this);\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/CE-spantherm.gif\"\/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Under present plans, site clearance will take place next year, with construction starting in 2027.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2025-04-02-at-23.37.44.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-496529\" src=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2025-04-02-at-23.37.44.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1728\" height=\"1166\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Emma Kowsari, director of asset management, sustainability and development at Guy\u2019s &amp;
