The winning partner for the wider scheme will lead design, masterplanning, cost control and programme assurance for the complex project, which is intended to create a fully integrated transport hub and unlock a multi-billion-pound regeneration opportunity for north London.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nThe design brief also includes working with Lendlease, the site\u2019s master developer, and its appointed architect Allies & Morrison, to deliver a cohesive vision for the 60-acre campus that links HS2, Network Rail, and Transport for London assets with new homes, offices, and public spaces.<\/p>\n
The DfT said it was looking for firms with \u201cproven experience in delivering designs for complex, multi-modal transport infrastructure\u201d and an ability to turn \u201cearly-stage design into feasible and buildable solutions within constrained cost and programme parameters.\u201d<\/p>\n
Market engagement for the \u00a3360m deal will run from mid to late November, with interested firms required to register through the Jaggaer portal by 7 November. The full contract notice is expected in May next year, with the deal set to start in January 2027.<\/p>\n
