McAleer & Rushe has bagged a major north London student accommodation job believed to be worth over \u00a330m near Tottenham Hotspurs stadium.<\/p>\n

The 287-room student living scheme on Tottenham High Road will blend the historic shop frontage of a grade II-lised printworks building with new urban blocks behind.<\/p>\n

Design by local practice F3 Architects, 11\u00a0rooms will be created within the retained heritage fa\u00e7ades, with the bulk of the scheme delivered in a new modern block to the rear, complete with landscaped gardens, shared social areas and wellbeing spaces.<\/p>\n
