Heim Global Investor and McLaren Living have appointed Winvic to deliver Oasis – a 456-home Build-to-Rent development on Kent Street in Birmingham.<\/p>\n

The \u00a3130m scheme is being forward funded by investor Heim with McLaren Living acting as developer.<\/p>\n

Heim and McLaren Living first partnered on Water Lane in the South Bank regeneration area of Leeds where the 375-home Build-to-Rent development is being built by HG Construction and due to complete in 2027.<\/p>\n

Oasis will consist of one- and two-bedroom homes within an 11-storey building, along with a gym, residents\u2019 lounge, and co-working space.<\/p>\n

The job is due for completion in 2029.<\/p>\n
